The vision of Flawless LA was created by Zalash Naseri in 2020. While working at a Beverly Hills plastic surgery center, she dreamt of ideas of one day owning an aesthetic business. Shortly after Zalash became a Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, the dreams of building her empire began. Zalash began working endlessly to produce her vision of being “flawless” in the aesthetic world. To be flawless is to master facial balancing and maintain one’s unique beauty. She strives to deliver safe, high-quality treatments to her flawless clients.

FOUNDER
Zalash is a Board Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Flawless LA Aesthetics. After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, she worked closely with several renowned Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons where her passion for aesthetics was born, and started developing her skills. While working there, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing where she graduated with the highest honors. After becoming a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, she has dedicated her career to aesthetics and continues to grow and advance her skills by attending conferences, seminars, and learning with other world-renowned experts. She has also completed extensive training in advanced injectables, and other skin rejuvenating treatments. The combination of her passion, education, and extensive training has led her to love her career with Flawless LA Aesthetics. She is relentless in developing her skills and working with each of her patients to achieve their aesthetic goals.
